Rima is situated in Valsesia, or more precisely in Valsermenza at 28km from Varallo, the bigger centre of the valley. The closest airport is Milan Malpensa, which is at approx. 100km from Rima. The AUTOSTRADA is the A26, exit Romagnano-Ghemme. For people who would like to reach us through the mountains:
- Rima is a stage of the ‘Grande Traversata delle Alpi’, GTA of the Alpine way and of the ‘Big walk of the Walser’.
- From Alagna, through the col Moud or Moanda
- From Carcoforo through the col Termo
- From Macugnaga (with a bit more of care) from the col Bottigia
- From the saddle of Rima
- Or from the col Piccolo Altare.
